EPES Managing Director Re-Elected President of Yorkshire Rugby Union

We are delighted to announce that Tony McNally, Managing Director of EPES, has been re-elected as President of the Yorkshire Rugby Union for another term and to cover the 2025/26 season.

This is a significant honour and testament to his leadership and long-standing commitment to grassroots rugby across the Yorkshire region.

Tony has been part of the EPES family for over two decades and has now completed 24 years with the business. He first took on the role of Yorkshire RFU President in 2020, adding to his more than 50 years of involvement in rugby administration and community sport.

Reflecting on his re-election, Tony said, “It is an honour and great privilege to be your President for the second time.” He also acknowledged the challenges that lie ahead, adding, “We face challenging times in the coming year, and I know we will band together and come out of all the challenges on the right side.” His message reinforces a spirit of resilience and unity that resonates within the rugby community.

Throughout his tenure, Tony has actively supported and promoted rugby at every level, from age-grade and women’s rugby through to senior representative teams, regularly visiting clubs across the county to recognise and celebrate the dedication of players, volunteers and supporters.

At EPES, we’re incredibly proud of Tony’s achievements and the positive influence he brings to rugby in Yorkshire. His leadership on the pitch mirrors his commitment to excellence and teamwork at EPES, where he continues to drive growth and success in both operations and strategy.
